Love is in the air every night that Phoenix Elites get together! The love was especially felt at our early Valentine’s Day celebration at S&V Urban Italian on Monday, February 12th. Elites were greeted with smiles, offered a beer or glass of wine, and mingled with each other while they anxiously awaited the evening to begin. Already beginning the evening on an impressive note, guests were treated to an amazing spread consisting of a colorful assortment of bruschetta, Caprese Salad, and homemade meatballs on S&V’s glorious patio.
Before Elites took their seats, they stopped by the ‘Build-Your-Own Valentine For Someone Special’ station where they put together a treat bag for a loved one. No treat bag is complete without chocolate, sweethearts, trinkets, notes, pretty ribbon, and more! Elites enjoyed filling their bags to the brim and sharing with one another who they’d be giving it to on February 14th.
Elites took their seats, and gazed at the incredible customized menu that S&V had prepared for them. Entrée selections had to be made, leaving Elites with one difficult decision: How does one choose between Rigatoni Bolognese, Milan’s Chicken, Pesci e Gamberitti, or Eggplant Parmigiana? As plates were passed out, Elites could not contain their excitement to indulge! The fan favorite was most definitely the Pesci e Gamberitti consisting of pan-seared salmon and shrimp on top of sauteed baby spinach, roasted red and green peppers, capers, garlic, shallots, basil, and a white wine butter sauce. Yum! As the night wrapped up, a dessert trio was brought to each table. Tiramisu, Crème Brulee, and Cannolis—we can’t think of a better ending to this Italian feast!
Elites said their farewells and wished each other a very Happy Valentine’s Day! A huge thank you to the team at S&V Urban Italian in Scottsdale. Expectations were definitely surpassed, and some Elites even made plans to revisit with their significant others on actual Valentine’s Day, just two days later. Relive this lovely affair by reading the reviews and viewing the photos. Thank you to Yelptern, Connor G. for capturing the evening.
