Henry’s Sandwich Station focuses on small batch, artisanal purveyors. All the bread served on site is prepared by local bakeries and delivered to the shop. They serve craft beers and artisan sodas. Their meats are of the highest quality – and usually stacked high.
Crowd favorites included the French Onion Soup Grilled Cheese, cave aged gruyere, swiss cheese and caramelized onions on San Francisco sourdough; the Italian Cured Meats sandwich, capicola, salami cotto, sweetheart ham, mortadella, provolone, tomato, giardinera relish, shaved lettuce and henry’s sub sauce; and Montreal Smoked Meat, cured smoked brisket, spicy brown mustard on Zak the Baker rye.
The event wrapped up with assorted pies, delivered fresh from Fireman Derek’s Bake Shop & Cafe to Henry’s Sandwich Station.
