Dégustation de la Préambule @ Bistrot de St So

Il y a tout pile une semaine, le Bistrot de St So accueillait une bonne trentaine de Yelpeurs pour déguster la Préambule, la nouvelle bière, locale, brassée avec des fleurs de jasmin par Akim. Une bonne façon de commencer le week-end !

Alors cette nouvelle bière ? Pauline R ne s'y connait pas grandement en bière mais « à l'odeur on sent bien le jasmin, au goût on retrouve une légère amertume et, même une similitude avec les bières type APA américaine ».

Quant à Hortense D, elle « finit par vouer une passion dévorante pour Yelp avec tous ces événements tous plus cools les uns que les autres ! Cette petite soirée à St So était fort appréciable, d'autant plus que j'ai bu une bonne bière dans des beaux verres en verre et les petites bricoles à manger étaient aussi fort goutues » Mention spéciale aux petits cubes de fromage du Bistrot de St So !

Randolph L « avait déjà eu l'occasion de déguster certaines des bières d'Akim lors de précédents événements Yelp et ce fut un plaisir de venir à cet afterwork pour découvrir sa dernière création. La Préambule est riche d'arômes subtiles et a une amertume prononcée, merci à Akim de nous avoir offert le privilège de découvrir sa nouvelle bière à laquelle on peut prédire un beau succès ».

Première soirée Yelp pour Laurie B ! « L'ambiance est bien sympa, on voit qu'il y a une organisation aux petits soins pour que la soirée se déroule au mieux. Dégustation de la Préambule bien sympa également, une belle découverte ! Et le lieu, super bien choisi, l'ambiance, la musique, Le Bistrot de St So. Que du bon ».

One week ago, le Bistrot de St So hosted a Yelp event for around 30 Yelpers to try La Préambule, a new beer, brewed with jasmine flowers by Akim. A good way to start the weekend !

« Just GREAT ! » This is how Guillaume O can sum up this afterwork at Le Bistrot de St So ! Akim’s new beer, La Préambule was our special guest during this night : « the first sip is really nice, light with a pronounced bitterness which gives it an outstanding taste ! The very nice place as usual, with a small rock concert and some cool food to eat brought by Le Bistrot de St So » ! « A very pleasant way to finish the week and start the week-end ».

As usual, Ophélie D had « a great time with the Yelpers ! The beer was excellent, just like the other beers brewed by Akim. A good atmosphere, perfect to begin this 3 days week-end !
