La toute première soirée Yelp Elite de l’année a eu lieu chez CO. Un espace multiple. A la fois restaurant aux accents british, bar à cocktails pratiquant le foodtail à merveille, lieu d’exposition, pépinière de jeunes artistes, maison de couture, ou même espace de coworking…

Chez CO on s’entre-aide, on fait de belles rencontres. Une adresse nichée dans le Nord 18e, portée admirablement par Isabelle et Bruno depuis quelques mois.

En ce lundi froid de janvier, une cinquantaine de Yelpeurs Elites ont eu de quoi à réchauffer corps et coeurs.

Pairing food & cocktail avec Loic, alors qu’en cuisine on s’affaire pour présenter les tempura d’aubergine au miel, les sandwichs au concombre, le délicieux saumon fumé, la tortilla…

Pour finir avec deux bûches de citron meringuées géantes et des guimauves maison yuzu et barbapapa...

The very first Yelp Elite event of the year took place at CO. A place with multiple aspects : at the same time : a restaurant with British accents, a cocktail bar practising the art of foodtail marvelously, an art gallery, a space for young artists, a fashion house, or even a coworking space…

A spot nested in the North of the 18th, carried admirably by Isabelle and Bruno since a few months.

In this cold Monday of January, fifty Elite members were expected to warm bodies and hearts.

While Loic was pairing the cocktail with the food, the Chef, in the kitchen brought the delicious eggplant’s tempura with honey, the cucumber sandwiches, the perfect smoked salmon…

And finished this amazing dinner party with giant lemon meringued pies and home made marshmallows…
