Elite Event: Bolt Goes Burlesque

Yelp Elites and their guests came out in their best burlesque attire
for a night of glitz and glamour for Bolt Goes Burlesque at Bolt Bistro. A beautiful night under the stars guests enjoyed the summer
breeze on the patio; where oak trees glowed with white lights, and decorations
in colors of black and red truly captured the true essence of a Cabaret scene.

Some Yelpers "wine'd down" Monday with sweet red wine from Besitos. While others opted for a refreshing local brew from White Street Brewing Company. Tito's shook the night up with a mixture of vodka and fresh squeezed watermelon juice from Cold Off The Press. Heather B "thoroughly enjoyed the Tito-Hydramelon cocktail, a delicious summer
cocktail. It was so light and refreshing and the vodka was smooth. It
seemed like a healthy indulgence?!"

Guests helped themselves to martini glasses full of shrimp and grits and rigatoni bolognese. Brittany G a self proclaimed grits hater declares "these were amazing, creamy and smooth, with a yummy hint of….Is
that….BACON? You can win me over with bacon if you haven't noticed."

Food Collage Oh-la-la what else could this night have in store for our guests! Yelpers gazed, aahed, and oohed as professional burlesque dancers: Purrrrl Van Dammit, Pandora von Kit, Raquel, and Miss Rachel Riot took over the patio in their own sultry and sexy dance routines. As Christina G notes "the entertainment was top-notch."

Yelpers were busy making memories of the evening, by getting decked out in boas and top hats for some photo-boothing fun for all

Ron W captured the evening perfectly in his review "way too much silliness for a Monday night, with lots of fishnet stockings, hydramelon and besitos wine. I am speechless."

Thanks to the 2013 NC Triangle Elite Squad for coming out
and a big thanks to the entire staff at Bolt Bistro for making this such a
memorable night.
