We identified the top dessert spots in Atlanta (Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry and Rockdale counties) then ranked those spots using a number of factors including the total volume and ratings of reviews between January 1, 2001 and July 7th, 2021. This list looked at the top dessert spots in Atlanta. All businesses were marked open on Yelp as of July 26, 2021. When available, all businesses on this list have a passing health score as of July 26, 2021.
