Yes, sitting on the toilet still has our glutes screaming. The class lasted 60 minutes and was filled with small movements and repetitions that worked all the muscle groups that typically get treated to FOMO. Our instructor Hollie was an incredible motivator, elite Jessica C. even said: “I would return just to see her in action again.”
