The Epicurean took Yelp Elites to the Edge (literally) for an exquisite evening on September 7. The Tampa skyline made the perfect backdrop for Executive Chef Adams’ tasting menu.
The Yelp Elite Squad toured the hotel’s unique outlets on the way to the rooftop lounge. The guests were greeted upstairs with 2 of Edge’s signature margaritas. The sommelier also enchanted guests during the evening with 4 flowing wines. Of course, an epicurean experience cannot exist without an elaborate tasting menu.
Menu highlights included:
- Beef tartare served over grilled sourdough bread with whipped blue cheese, and fermented honey
- U-10 Sea scallops adorned with bacon jam and smoked pork jus
- Chicken liver pate and blistered onion jam
- Kaffir lime panna cotta and matcha sable drizzled in ginger honey

Guests were left speechless by the luxurious bites and superb service. As for the grand finale? An assortment of desserts dropped jaws, healed broken hearts, and sealed the deal. Edge Rooftop Cocktail Lounge is the perfect destination for epi-curious locals, and visitors alike.
