This past Saturday was full of Cuban fun for LA West Elites at The Getty Center in honor of the exhibition Abelardo Morell. Morell is a Cuban born photographer whose works has been featured in the most sought after museums in the US.
Camellia A shares "The venue, the food, and the music made me feel like I was transported
to the Caribbean for the night. The Getty was the perfect venue with its
beautiful sunset views and breezy open space. "
"Delicious Caribbean food and beer and wine floated across the tables and
kept us energized for all the fun. My favorites were probably the
plantain chips and the potato balls, perfect little pop-ums and easy to
eat," exudes Rachel A.
Nick S reminisces: "The Getty is such a stunning loci and there was no better way to bask in
the architectural and surrounding beauty than with a slew of gorgeous
elites, their equally gorgeous plus ones, and the hip shaking tunes of
some amazing live music thanks to The Boogaloo Assassins, who all but
forced me to get my groove on!"
Rebecca H sums it up: "Live music, a great view, fine eats, free drinks, and remarkable art.
Thanks to the sexy beasts at Yelp for a fun and unique evening!"
Thank you to the Getty, and the Elites who bring such great energy to LA West events.
Until next time,
