Female Founder Collective Panel | Ditching the Jill of All Trades Mentality
The Ditching the Jill of All Trades Mentality seeks to teach small business owners and founders alike how to move away from the Jill of All Trades Mentality. As female founders, we often fall into the “I got it!” or “I can do it!” mentality because we are used to having to move our own mountains and pave our own ways. Unfortunately, that mentality can only get you so far. We’ve learned over the years that community, delegation, outsourcing, and partnerships are the main difference between good and GREAT organizations. In this panel, we seek to remove this mentality from our frame of minds to allow for greater connections and business growth.
