These Yelp features help businesses stay connected with their customers and share important information with their communities, from business updates to special offers. Here are descriptions of each feature and how to set them up initially or make updates. Changes can be made on the Yelp for Business app (on iPhone/iPad or Android) or the Yelp for Business site (desktop or mobile browser).
Call to Action
Call to Action can be used to update your customers on current offers and services, and motivate them to contact you in the way that works best for your business. Call to Action includes a customizable description and a clickable button that either directs customers to visit a page on your website or call you directly—you choose.
As your business goals change, you can adjust the description to tell customers why they should contact you, like if you’re offering takeout, delivery, virtual meet-ups, or online retail sales. The language on the button itself can also be altered, with an array of options like “Book now” or “Learn more.”
There are also a number of Coronavirus-relevant suggestions available now, such as “Now offering virtual estimates” with the call to action “Schedule now.”
