There is a new, simplified, step-by-step flow to help you more quickly and easily set up your Yelp Page.
Business owners that identify as LGBTQ+ can now add the new “LGBTQ-owned” attribute to display on their Yelp Page. Business owners with Asian heritage can add the new “Asian-owned” attribute to display on their Yelp Page. These free, searchable attributes help consumers find and support businesses in their communities.
We published a new Trust & Safety site to explain the steps we take to earn the trust of our community of consumers and business owners. Learn more about topics including our recommendation software, Consumer Alerts, content moderation, and health and safety data.
Our new Upgrade Package combines all our best tools for capturing consumer attention while they’re searching and converting them into new customers.
Custom Location Targeting
This update allows you to run ads in geographic regions where you conduct business (rather than around your physical location), allowing you to reach a wider and more targeted audience.
Budget design and infrastructure updates
You can now optimize your Yelp Ads campaign by leveraging budget recommendations generated through Yelp’s machine learning engine.
Guidance on ad text
If you choose to write your own custom ad text, there are now tips and examples of ad text available to help you write engaging and effective content.
Improved mobile Yelp for Business Ad Dashboard
This new mobile experience gives you an in-depth overview of your Yelp Ads performance from the convenience of the Yelp for Business app.
A new heatmap in the Yelp Ads performance dashboard gives you more insight into the locations that consumers were exploring when Yelp delivered your ad.
Expand the reach of your Yelp Connect posts to people who engaged with similar businesses or searched for relevant categories on Yelp.
With a new list of options for the text and associated action for the button, businesses can more closely tie the CTA button to the post content.
The improved dashboard makes the process of creating a new Connect post easier and more clear.
Yelp Kiosk is a self-serve seating assistant for restaurants that helps reduce the workload of your front-of-house team. It allows you to capture party info without a host, provide accurate wait estimates, text guests when their table is ready, and more.
Managing takeout with Waitlist
A new takeout feature in Yelp Waitlist helps you efficiently manage takeout orders and communicate safely with consumers through SMS, ensuring a seamless front-of-house and diner experience.
You can add important guest information—like seating preferences and dietary restrictions
Point of Sale (POS) integration
This combines additional diner information with the Guest Profile for a more complete digital picture of guests and to help with table management.
These enhancements give you more ways to view and monitor restaurant performance.
