Asunto: Presentación de los nuevos miembros del Consejo de Asesor de la Pequeña Empresa de Yelp!

En el 2010 formamos un Consejo Consultivo de Pequeñas Empresas en Yelp  (“YSBAC” siglas en Inglés) para que nuestra comunidad de propietarios de negocios locales pueda proporcionarnos información y orientación. Hoy en día el YSBAC incluye 25 miembros activos que representan a las empresas locales en cinco países y ha inspirado numerosos nuevos productos y desarrollo de nuevas características en Yelp. Más de 1000 propietarios de pequeñas empresas solicitaron participar en el consejo de este año y estamos encantados de presentar los nombres de los nuevos participantes así como de aquellos que participan de nuevo:

Miembros del YSBAC participarán en conferencias por teléfono de forma regular para dar su opinión sobre características ya existentes, políticas, productos en desarrollo y para proponer nuevas ideas. Los nuevos miembros participarán también en nuestra cumbre anual celebrada en Yelp HQ donde se reunirán con los altos ejecutivos de Yelp y jefes de departamento para compartir sus puntos de vista como propietarios de pequeñas empresas.

Nos esforzamos por trabajar estrechamente con la comunidad de pequeñas empresas, y la YSBAC es una de las varias formas en que lo hacemos. También ofrecemos seminarios educativos gratis, talleres con nuestro equipo de información para Empresas, y consejos para navegar por el mundo de los comentarios online a través de nuestro Blog para los empresarios. Esperamos poder continuar con nuestros esfuerzos y desarrollar nuevas formas de ayudar a las mejores empresas locales sobre como hacer un seguimiento eficaz de clientes.
