For the Honolulu Elite Squad, 2021 is all about stepping out of our comfort zones, trying new things, and exploring all that Honolulu has to offer! In honor of Women’s History Month, 200 Honolulu Elites were invited to experience women-owned business, Blondie’s Plant-Based Food Truck! Each confirmed Elite was treated to a plant-based breakfast sandwich and a tea or coffee, made with love by mother-daughter duo, Paula and Cybil.
Yelper Yee V. says: “Picked up a Breakfast Muffin and Iced Americano from Blondie’s and I was literally blown away. I’ve been exploring vegan options more and more on my food ventures and this is definitely at the top of the list for “I can’t believe this is not meat”!
I’m actually looking forward to the next time I go to try other items on the menu. ALSO, if you hadn’t noticed, they have a huge solar panel to the side of the truck powering their equipment. How cool is that! They’re really covering all bases when it comes to being environmentally friendly.”
