Using Yelp Connect to share updates in response to the Coronavirus

As businesses evolve with these challenging times and adjust their operations and focus, many are also changing their approach to technology and customer communication.

Yelp Connect is a quick and easy way to share updates with customers on Yelp, and businesses are getting creative with how they’re using the feature to share business changes and describe the new ways they’re serving their communities.

Eligible businesses may qualify to receive Yelp Connect free of charge through April 30, 2020; see our relief announcement for more information.
