To help communicate those changes, there are now a number of COVID-19-relevant options for Call to Action and Business Highlights. Pre-set Call to Action options
Choose from pre-set Call to Action descriptions, created by Yelp to make it quick and easy to communicate the offers and services your customers need to know about right now.
These suggested descriptions are based on your business category. For example, restaurants can select “Delivering during COVID-19,” service providers can use “Now offering virtual estimates,” and fitness studios can display “Now offering online classes.” These descriptions are offered as suggestions, and you are able to customize your own Call to Action at any time.
New badges allow you to showcase your business’s availability and offerings during COVID-19. Up to six badges will be displayed on your business page, the first two being displayed with your business in Yelp search results. You can change your Business Highlights or re-order them at any time.
