On Wednesday night, 125 Yelpers attended our annual Holiday Hangover event—hosted at Rayback Collective in Boulder. Guests had the unique opportunity to sample delicious cuisine from Roxie’s Tacos, Naked Lunch, Infinitus Pie and Sara’s Cosmic Cookie Dough, while sipping on tasty brews from Avery Brewing Co, Oskar Blues Brewery, and Upslope Brewing.
Situated in the heart of Boulder, the Rayback is a foodpark. A bar. An event space. A backyard party. A collective of all things Colorado. They have more than 30 taps on deck and a rotating set of some of the area’s most beloved food trucks ready to dish up some of the finest, most eclectic cuisine the city has to offer. They have a stage that’s primed for local talent to impress and a patio where you can show off your cornhole prowess.
Let’s be real, it’s not a party without live music and delicious eats! Our generous food vendors served with ease throughout the evening. Roxie’s Tacos signature Indian/Mexican fusion tacos required multiple bites. Naked Lunch brought [what seemed like] every sandwich in the history of mankind. Infinitus Pie and Pizza Pete prepared a brand new recipe that Yelpers couldn’t get enough of. While Sara’s Cosmic Cookie Dough elevated the sweet treat game by sampling edible cookie dough. Paired with local offerings from Avery, Oskar Blues and Upslope, guests were in for quite a treat.
