On Wednesday, January 29th, Phoenix Elites came together at the beautiful Agave Del Scottsdale for an evening full of great company, refreshing margaritas, and delicious food. Their vibrant pink booths and sparkling chandeliers create quite the ambiance for a wonderful dining experience. The restaurant’s recipes are inspired by traditional blends of spices and ingredients that have been passed down from generation to generation, making for an extra special story.
As guests settled in, the Agave team began passing out Cadillac margaritas which paired perfectly with their homemade tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole, and bean dip. Each was packed with flavor! Next, guests were invited to try the tamarindo margarita, providing a refreshing addition to the night.
Shortly after, fresh ceviche was served along with their agave watermelon margarita followed by the chicken enchiladas topped with their signature mole sauce and house margaritas. For the fourth course, guests indulged in pork tacos with black beans and the blackberry margarita. These incredible pairings ended with their ‘1800 cocorita that included a choice of the cilantro Alaskan halibut or the filet cuchos, and a decadent chocolate cake for dessert. It is safe to say that tastebuds were singing and guests will be raving about this experience for years to come!
