Fort Worth Mid-Cities Giving Season: Partying for Non-Profits

Throughout November and December, Yelp Fort Worth Elites gathered at six amazing events across the metro, each celebrating a different local business and benefitting an incredible non-profit. Yelp Fort Worth’s Giving Season spanned multiple mid-cities and ended with a holiday soiree at New Main Brewing Co. where Yelpers raised funds, food, and gifts for local families in need through two separate non-profits. Thank you so much to Yelp’s Giving Season event partners:

Duff’s Famous Wings, Southlake: Elites enjoyed addictive wings, beer, and gathering books and DVDs for Friends of The Southlake Library’s reading programs for kiddos. Event reviews.

MiDici Neapolitan Pizza, Euless: Guests had beautiful pizza, charcuterie boards, wine, and brought backpacks and lunchboxes for kids served by Volunteers of America, Texas. Event reviews

From Across The Pond, North Richland Hills: Elites indulged in festive British fare and holiday cocktails while gathering hundreds of toiletries for The Battered Women’s Foundation. Event reviews

Yolk, Fort Worth: Fresh squeezed mimosas, waffles, macaroni & cheese, and lots of sock-collecting for women and children at the Safe Haven of Tarrant County. Event reviews

Mother Clucker, Colleyville: Elites ate fantastic fried chicken, french fries made their way, and state fair desserts while donating pet food and flea preventative to their sweet four-legged friends at Salvaged Souls Pet Rescue. Event reviews

New Main Brewing Co., Pantego: Elites and the Yelp community partied at A Very Yelpy Yuletide with beer galore, live music, savory bites, puppy pictures with Santa, cupcake and cookie decorating, and the opportunity to learn about Pantego and Arlington businesses. Yelpers raised funds and collected boxes of cereal for Arlington Life Shelter, plus donated over 150 gifts for local families in need through the non-profit, Christmas Providers.
