On Tuesday night, 50 members of the Yelp Elite Squad (YES!) attended our Family Supper tasting at Brider. From an ambitious 5-course tasting menu to bottles of red & white wine waiting for guests on tables as they arrived, it surely was a delicious evening.
Before guests sat down, Yelp Elites donated non-perishable and canned food items for Food Bank of the Rockies. With the family-style layout of the event, paired with the time of year, we were honored to play a small part in collecting donations for those struggling to put food on the table locally.
Afterwards, Rob, Brider’s General Manager, discussed the concept of the restaurant while giving the rundown for the evening. Wine began flowing and family-style dishes hit tables to stellar praise.
The tasting menu included Sweet Potato and Avocado Salad, Brussels Sprout Caesar Salad, Madras Curry Bowl, Rotisserie Chicken, Rotisserie Porchetta, and concluded with Butterscotch Budino.
Yelp Colorado would like to thank the Brider kitchen, servers and management team, including head chef, Chase Devitt, for providing guests with a 5-star experience.
