Over the weekend, on October 19th, Milwaukee Elites were invited to Spire Fitness to experience a uniquely inspiring, full body, kick butt workout. Spire is Milwaukee’s boutique fitness studio offering indoor cycling, rowing, and TRX classes. It’s their mission is to create genuine connections that get people excited to sweat, and that is just what they did! The Squad (and their +1s) were greeted by the lovely ladies behind the counter and taught how to “clip in” to their bikes before the cycling class kicked off. Experienced instructor, Sam, led the class through a music-driven, endorphin-packed, 45-minute ride that had everyone feeling accomplished!
Post-workout refuel? You betcha! Downtown restaurant, Bowls, provided the Squad with clean and nourishing bites to replenish their hard working bodies. The African Bowl was packed with quinoa, golden raisins, apricots, pistachos, and feta. Drool-worthy, if you ask us. The Chopped Raw Salad was a light and refreshing option that included plenty of greens and a crowd favorite, ginger-miso. Meat eaters enjoyed The Ocho, a Spanish-inspired mix. And let’s not forget The Peanut Bowl, because who doesn’t love anything with peanut sauce and cashews!? The array of flavors were all delicious and nutritious!
In addition to leaving with Yelp Schwag, the Squad received takeaway bags that included gift cards to nearby salon, Arch, and the ultimate fitness drink, Celsius!
