On Tuesday, 60 Yelpers had the unique opportunity to check out the Denver Selfie Museum—Denver’s first and only Instagram pop-up exhibit. Museum owners, Alex & Igor, greeted each guest as they walked downstairs into the museum, providing them with history of the space, and pertinent knowledge on how to take the perfect selfie.
What ensued was two hours of non-stop energy, laughs and smiles from people of all walks of life. The stereotype leans towards a millennial-geared night on the town—this experience proved to be quite the contrary. Guests of all ages were blown away by the interactive installations, bright colors, and localized artistic expressions that brought the space to life.
Without giving too many details away, example installations are: donut wall, ball pit, laundry room, banana swing, punching bag, bath tub (with a rubber ducky), wall of mirrors, etc. Each one of them more engaging and ‘grammable than the previous.
Yelp Denver would like to personally thank the Denver Selfie Museum ownership team, Alex & Igor, for ensuring the Yelp Elite Squad with a 5-star experience. Read the rave reviews of the event and find photos on our Yelp Colorado Facebook page, courtesy of Amy K. Wright Photography.
