Delicious food and Elite Events go hand in hand, but on Thursday night, it was Yelpers who made their own menu. Thanks to our friends at Selfup, twenty Elites strapped on their aprons, popped a paper toque, and crafted a three course meal – under the watchful expert eye of industry vet Celio Pereira. Wine and cheese prefaced a hands-on cooking class featuring ricotta stuffed tortelloni, ciliegne caprese salad and a tiramisu finale! Five lucky Elites won a return class, and we wrapped the night with a lively gift swap for the holidays. Check out the event reviews and photos here!
