One art, please! The team at the MCA, Sydney’s foremost modern art museum and repository of all things progressive, knocked the cultural socks off Yelp Elites with fun and fabulous guided tours through one of their latest exhibitions – Telling Tales: Excursions in Narrative Form and an Art Speaks tour which flipped the Museum gallery experience on it’s head. With the VIVID Festival lighting up the harbour, the evening began with drinks and bites at the rooftop Cafe and Sculpture terrace, and finished with more drinks at the VIVID pop-up bar. And in between? A letter from Gandhi to Hitler written in fog, pencil drawings by refugees, secret missives to once and future loves, and giving voice to everyone’s inner art critic. Just, wow. Art appreciation just got real. Everyone left planning their next visit to this amazingly fun and interesting museum. Special thanks to the irrepressible MCA staff! Check out the PHOTOS and REVIEWS.
