Do you know the secret to making a perfect crepe? Well we do thanks to Chef Reto and his staff at Reto’s Kitchen in Greensboro! It seems to be a mix of the perfect pan and quite a bit of practice. Elites were treated to a variety of appetizers when they walked into Reto’s Kitchen. The asparagus and citrus shrimp were certainly standouts. Followed by a crepe making lesson where everyone got to showcase their skills. More importantly we then got to stuff those crepes for the perfect dinner.
